Department of physics established with good infrastructure and good instrumental facilities. Department has separate laboratory for under graduate and post graduate students.

  • Spectrometer

    It is used to measure wavelength of monochromatic source, angle of prism, to produce diffraction pattern, to produce reflection images.

  • Travelling Microscopy

    Uses to measure small scale measurement at sub millimeter scale accuracy utilized along right to left and up to down.

  • Horizontal Torsion Apparatus

    It is used to determine rigidity modulus.

  • Audio Frequency Oscillator

    It is suitable for measurement of frequency and distortion of Audio and wide band filters and transmission systems.

  • Audio Signal Generator

    A signal generator is piece of test equipment that produces an electrical signal in the form of a wave.

  • Weighing Machine

    It is used to measure mass of the sample in grams.

  • Post Office Box:

    It is used to find the resistance of the given coil of wire.

  • Ballistic Galvanometer

    It is used to find figure of merit and sensitiveness in micro coulombs per scale division assuming the capacitance of a capacitor.

    It is used to wavelength of the laser, demonstrate diffraction at single slit, straight edge, thin-wire and also diffraction using Lloyd’s mirror.
